Currencies
International plans are displayed and charged in USD. The Chinese export plan may be displayed in CNY for eligible China-based customers.
Payment methods
Available methods may include cards, bank transfer or supported local methods through a payment provider. A live charge is not made until merchant credentials and a valid checkout are configured.
Service term
Each plan is paid once for the selected month, quarter or year and does not renew automatically unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
Taxes and external costs
Taxes, bank charges, advertising, media, translation, domain, cloud and platform fees are included only when expressly listed.
Payment security
The payment provider processes sensitive payment credentials. Do not send full card or bank details through enquiry forms.
Invoices and disputes
Invoices follow the accepted order and applicable tax rules. Contact us with the order number before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate promptly.
