Service scope
Website descriptions and plan cards are summaries. The signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement defines the final markets, languages, deliverables, timetable, review rounds and acceptance criteria.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted after successful payment or our written confirmation. Prices are charged once for the selected service term and do not renew automatically unless both parties later agree in writing.

Suspension, liability and disputes
We may pause work for overdue payment, unlawful instructions, security risk or missing customer dependencies. Liability, warranty, governing law and dispute procedures follow the signed agreement and any mandatory consumer or local rights that cannot be excluded.
