Important disclosure
This page is a sample reporting structure. It does not represent a real client, live platform results or guaranteed performance. A production report must use a customer-approved scope and preserve dated evidence from the platforms reviewed.
The purpose of the template is to make expectations verifiable before service begins.
How to use the baseline evidence table
For each sample, record the target market, language, platform, exact question, test date and relevant answer excerpt or screenshot reference. Mark whether the brand was mentioned, accurately described and supported by a visible citation.
Keep qualitative notes for competitors, source patterns, factual risks and user next steps. Do not combine results from different markets or platforms without explaining the weighting.
How to turn findings into actions
Group findings into website accessibility, brand-fact consistency, priority buyer answers, evidence gaps, local references and conversion paths. Assign an owner, expected deliverable and review date to each action.
The recurring report should compare like-for-like samples, identify model and source changes, and connect visibility trends with search and lead data without claiming causation that the evidence cannot support.
